The thing the Lambsfoot and Sheepsfoot (and even GEC's 'Ramfoot') have in common is a straight edge, but that blade doesn't have a straight edge, it's very unusual, but not a 'foot' at all, I don't think

It's almost like someone has taken the end off a Rase Knife.

I knew I'd seen that pattern before, and actually I think I've seen more than one. It's a Sheep Castrator (see top left)
