FWIW, if you click here and note that there is a row of 5 smaller pics at the top of the page and just under those pics is "Wall Cesspool of Vermin · Everyone (Most Recent)", click on "Everyone (Most Recent)" and you will see the posts.

FYI, I have had no known dealings with Derek but I do hope something can get done so those of you that have had "dealings", either get your property back or paid.

Cesspool of Vermin is a 3 piece Brutal Death Metal band hailing from Gastonia, North Carolina, and includes former and current members of Lust of Decay, Shuriken Cadaveric Entwinement, Lividity, Debodified, and Domination Through Impurity. Members include Derek Haymore - guitars/bass, Jay Barnes - vocals & Jordan Varela - drums. Formed in 2006 as a side project of Lust of Decay but quickly disbanded. I'm a police officer here locally. I called the grandfather today to see if he had any information on Derek, or the knives, since it seems that they are being shipped to the grandfather's house. Derek had the grandfather ship some knives out in early December, at the grandfather's expense, which he seemed pretty upset about. He said he was surprised Derek was ripping people off and that he had gotten a few calls about it. He also said he paid for Derek's internet expenses and that he was going to stop paying for it since Derek was using the internet to rip people off.

After not getting any response from Derek at all for the past 20 days, he emailed me to let me know he was going to call the local cops and report me for impersonating a police officer (which would be a neat trick, since I am one.) He also let me know in the email that he is watching the bladeforum threads, and that he had blocked my email account from responding to his, but that he would be watching the threads and "i'm always watching you." So, that is the latest.
 
He's "always watching" you????.....Chief, that's a threat to both you and your family...no other way to take it...and...I think you'll agree...probable cause,,,,terroristic threat in public...to quantify..how would your wife, kids and/or family react if they were told...you are being watched...yep...and that my friend is the very basis of terrorism...

I filed that internet crime complaint that was posted on the other thread. So far, no news on the USPS complaint. Waterhouse, is he talking to you or just sending onsided emails? Anyone have luck on his phone number? I haven't had a chance to call it yet but plan to on Friday.
 
I called his number, and left a message. Generic voicemail "subcriber you are trying to reach is not available." It is his number, because in the email he made reference to my voicemail. He is not having a conversation, merely sending an email threatening to report me to the cops. Can you send me a link to the Internet crime link thread?

Filled one out 1/3/2012 Waiting on a mail confirmation with a case number.. I spoke with a postal inspector..
