  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Did your Traditional knife get a workout today? -Part II

Hows that for a backhand Sacto Sacto ?

Not really ... just opened a Amazon box (Demo knife) and cut my pork loin (stockman) at lunch.
Not much of a workout for either of these.
I used my Stanley 10-499 to break down the box my new vintage style tabletop radio came in, so it would fit in a wastepaper basket.
Not much of a workout for it cutting that box into 2~ 3 inch squares. Thin cardboard.

(I finally broke down and got 10 blades for the Stanley in November.)

I’ve had my #13 doing some manly work recently. 🦄🤣

I used the sheepsfoot to cut the slot in the top of Eleanor’s Valentine’s box for school, and for some of the other details. Honestly, it’s something I would normally have used an Xacto knife for, but I seem to have misplaced mine.
