That is a nice gesture Gev. Likewise I treat the neighbours (all three of whom are called Margaret??) with my cooking every now and then. They kindly take in my post and washing so it's good to keep em on side

I have had a very looooooong day at work so I thought I'd unwind by making one of my culinary pleasures, jambalaya.

The Taramundi is a demon slicer, so despite its diminutive size, it's a pleasure to use in the kItchen.
