Have to wait until tomorrow before it's dry enough to test out.
Fingers crossed.
Used my Case peanut to take the wrapping off a wine bottle.
You should sell those carvings! I would buy one in a second! Great work!!The 66 in the picture has been my go to whittling knife for some time now, it cleaned up the big face and carved the little one. the Barlow pictured is my EDC for the day... along with the old school bottle opener

No pictures, what a shame, but my Blind Horse Bushbaby had it it's first outing. We went to the cottage of a couple of friends. Spent a night there, me, my wife, this couple and a their dogs and the small spaniel we took along. This spaniel belongs to our son and his wife.
We had a great time, even though the weather is horrible. It is dark, cold and gloomy. The temperature has been firmly at 4-5 degrees celsius and raining, nighttime is just below zero so the roads are slippery. We had sauna, we made good food and drank some red wine. The bushbaby helped cutting sausages and wegetables. Today we went to find the christmas trees and the bushbaby cut down a small spruce, which we took home.
The dogs enjoyed themselves immensely playing in the forest, my wife (who has a marvellous alto voice) and the the better half of this couple sang christmas songs. Despite the weather I felt happy and relaxed. The christmas is almost here.
