Thanks Fes. I have smoked Salmon on a smoker and have had smoked Whitefish and suckers. Love smoked fish. :thumbup:You put them in a hessian sack with salt...This takes the slime off them...Gut then wash,salt heavily and hang to dry...Then cold smoke 20 - 30 hours.......Fes
