Do you use your GEC knives?

I only have 3 or 4 GEC knives that I bought 5 or 6 years ago and have actually only carried and used a couple. I think the ones I haven't used are probably worth more than what I paid so are they devalued by using them and if they are why use them? I usually carry a case knife and while the quality is hit or miss, the good ones are every bit as good as the GECs at 1/3 the cost.
I have about 10 GECs, but only the 71 has seen any patina and pocket time. I usually grab a small Sebenza, Impinda, or Mini CF Bugout. I’d use the GECs much more if they were easier to replace.

I use some a bunch, others very little and a few not at all.
The most used ones are a Bull nose and a #89 fruit knife - the latter is in a kitchen drawer and is probably the most used GEC that i own since my wife, our daughters and myself all use it daily.
I have quite a few #86s clips and only one of them is sometimes used. The rest live a tube life - unfortunately.

There are those I use for food, others for light tasks only (66), some I just carry and more I cherish and don't want to damage and keep in a drawer because they are special to me.
Those I use the most are the two Ancient 15s and the 25 Unicorn because they are ubiquitous and tick absolutely all the cases, including the friendship one. There's also 2 stainless used sometime when handy (89s).
I resist using the 71s, because the very similar Cases, but if I happen to get another one, I'll choose one of them for sure.

I think like most, I have a few users and most others are for fun carries and looking pretty. I usually have a modern folder on me too, so that’s what gets used 99% of the time. But I will say, my favorite user is still my #18 Coyote, perfect little watch pocket knife.
