Lol. Look he really could be sick. I am just calling BS on the cure. Silver colloid is quack medicine and has been for like 30 years. God help him if he is taking it he's not turning to stone. He's turning to silver.
 
If you’re excepting people’s hard earned money and can’t produce product that was ordered, you must be able to refund their payment full in a timely matter. Otherwise you are scamming them.

Sick or not how hard is it to manage the backorders and personally email us the peeps waiting in the lurch.?
If i poseted some of the emails i have from you that ive save from years past where you tell me how much of my knife is completed and that it will be done in a few more weeks? it wouldnt look to well would it
I am more than respectful of your situation but that aside you have been blowing us off since before you were sick.
Where is my knife youvve promised me over and over that was almost complete?

i dont care how many 1000's of emails you claim to have to sort through what are you 12?
you should have a list of the 40-50 backorders and personnaly contact us to let us know what the hell is up.

Dwaine if i do not recieve a full refund or my completed knife within 1 month i will be following through with both local and federal authorities

I Have my entire email chain with the very few replys i did manage to get a couple of years ago

Why wait? If he's a thief, take action.
 
Agree, take action. As long as people keep letting him worm away he will continue to do so. Face it, you probably aren’t getting the knife. The dude will probably die before he has time to complete the orders.

If you pay for something and don’t collect it for years he may argue in court that you didn’t care if you got your product or not. People have won cases based on this argument before. The chain of emails that prove you have been keeping ontop of asking him for your knife would likely be necessary evidence.

Well I have every correspondance.
Funny how my initial email too him asking about a build was answered within a day.
I specifficcaly ask him how long his backlog is and he tells me he will complete my knife within 6-8 weeks of recieveng payment. this was in 2014
Then the corrsespondance becomes like pulling teeth for excuses. (I saved every lame email)
I have my original paypal payment confirmation email as well.

It blows my mind that a long time stand up maker would let his reputation go to such shit. I was a fool to be so accomadating during the first 2 years of excuses But since i work in aerospace manufacturing, I kind of felt his (pain) when he had to learn new machinery.

I totally get what you are saying. In my opinion any maker that asks for payment upfront it is a sign that their business is not going well and they need your money to try and float their previous orders.

A deposit is reasonable, asking for the full price of the knife up front is not a good sign.
