Earl Sees the World!

Duncan, might we expect to see EARL back stage at the EAGLES concert tonight? Sue could sneak him in her back pocket...he seems to like riding there when being carried by pretty girls:D:thumbup:

Hope the weather holds and doesn't spoil your night;)

Hi Paul
Thank you my friend, ..I was thinking those exact thoughts - but there is a strict rule - NO PHOTO's!!!!! if you are caught taking a photo you loose the Phone and I didnt want to take the chance of Earl being taken off me - so Earl will have to stay home!

I must apologise to my knife friends whom I was talking to - I felt quite bad- as Earl was jumping up and down wanting to say Hi - I wasnt too sure if they knew Earl could talk - and didnt want to freak them out  so I turned on the Computer for him so he could have a look through - found him trying to get into the bad sites - I knew Earl was coming so I put a parent lock on my Computer, I came back in once Earl had settled down into the Forums, and found him quite homesick reading Phillllls tribute to Perry..... it was quite sad....:(

Earl trying to snuggle up to his family!

Thanks for the photo of EARL enjoying your hospitality, Duncan. It's humbling to me to realize that I'm viewing the same photos of philllll's knives that caught the attention of a celeb like EARL!!

Why thank you kind Sir
Earl came outside with me last night - so he got to hang out with some of the lads in the hood...

Earl with Blood...

....he's sort thinking he's king of the Castle here...

Until the "big boys " came out to play - which bought him back down to Earth a little...

EARLS a lucky duck hangin in the NZ hood Duncan. I'm a bit surprised that he pays any attention to you as I'm sure he's flirtin with Sue:p

My friend, Earl and I have had words already, I showed him my my Bench Grinder with the Linisher - that sort of settled him down a wee bit

I would have bet a fair amount that those curvaceous sheep foot TC's might bring Earl back to Earth a little. I bet he hunkered down more than a little bit.:o:o

You already know he loves the curves .............. and the attention too !! :D

Looking forward to the NZ tour. :)

Well what?

KGB - Sorry matey - its been an extremely busy time, if my plan sticks together - I will be able to get out and take some photos very soon and post 'em up.

I for one know you are busy my friend:thumbup: The up side to missing you when I called yesterday was that I had the pleasure of talking with Sue:cool::D

Hope you don't have to many paint ball welts;)

Ken Sir
We are out this weekend taking more photos! so next week we will hopefully have a better update then Earl packs his bags-again!

Well, all I can say to my Forum Friends is that I am very sorry for the delay in taking earl out - he seems to have settled down rather well, and has been accompanying me through out my days -which have been incredibly busy...

So as time has gone on, I find my self becoming more and more suspicious of something happening in my Home...everytime I enter the room, I hear Sue stop talking...and theres no one else in the room but Ol' Earl...... Sues started to mention that possibly Earl needs to "clean his joints out " and perhaps Earl could accompany her in the Shower - thats when I put my foot down!! I dunno guys...is it just me or is something happening here?

Things have been a bit tense here lately since I split Sue and Earl up - so I decided that Earl could come with us to my very good mates Wedding...Mark and Sonia - are a great couple and got married in one of New Zealands older Churches - This Church still has the original Bullet Holes from the Maori Wars.....

This Church was involved in a very famous part of New Zealands Maori/ European Wars... on September the 13th and 14th 1863 11 White Settlers and 6 Militia stockaded the Church and held off over 200 Maori from a War Party that was invading - these 17 men held off over 200 men for two days and two nights until relief came from the Regiments...its quite interesting reading about this, and here is the link if you want to have a quick look....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defence_of_Pukekohe_East_1863

Pukekohe is a lovely area - well it has to be because its my home town for goodness sakes, it has a lot of Market Gardens in the area because of the rich Volcanic Earth, Pukekohe East Church sits right on the edge of a Massive Volcano Crater - its quite a beautiful area.....

Here is Earl, at Pukekohe East - one of the Famous Areas of Maori War sites of New Zealand you can see part of the Volcano Crater in background....

Sue and Earl in front of the old Church - beautiful New Zealand Native timer was used to make these old Churches and Houses in New Zealand - Rimu, Kauri, Totara, Matai -all just simply beautiful Timber..

A couple of the Bullet Holes......

The photo of the Bullet hole above ^^ - this was in front of the porch, so you could see on the other side of the wood - where the wood smashed out and splintered away - the old lead slugs still had a bit of boogie - I would not have like standing behind that Board!

We got there Early as the old Church only sat 80 people - Sue and Earl inside the Church - Ha! - note the "distance" they have between them - They are not fooling me one bit....

Sue, Earl and I at the after function.....

Earl meets the Bride - Sonia is a real gem of a Lady - she is a lovely Gal, and has a awesome sense of Humour...Earl and Sonia hit it off right from the word go....Earl about to tucked in nice and warm  ;) :D

Its time to go, I cant see Earl anywhere at all, a search is underway.....

and yep...wouldnt you know it....that sneaky Old Dog Earl is up to his old Tricks again.......

More to come before Earl flies across the "Ditch" to the big Island for the Convicts - who make jokes about us here in New Zealand and sheep- but they have a LOT more sheep per head over there - and I can tell you - whenever you see the sheep over there - they look worried - darn worried - I am not too sure as to why, and I dont want to know!

Earl is going to have some stories to tell no doubt...(and maybe some to keep to himself)
