Thanks, brother, and just coz you got my chest all puffed out now I'll throw in a "long thin pointy" pic for ya.WOW! That is a gorgeous knife. I didn't know it existed. I'm on the hunt now... I love long thin pointy blades. Great lanyard too.
Very nice collection, feller!![]()
Nice looking BRK.
Nice looking BRK.I like the minimal choil area and how the handle is has the metal cut down guard, gives it a classier look.
Well, ya got me, brother, though you knew you would. I have some individual pieces that are part of the "collection" rather than part of the "accumulation", which is also how I think of most of my knives, but the Sages are the one true collection category. Being more of a "bigger knife" guy, I still have a number of smalls for various occasions and uses, but there's just something about the Sages that really appeals to me, both practically and thematically. The Sage 1 is particularly sweet with its Michael Walker liner lock and that gray G10 and Maxamet are great adds. If I don't pull the trigger tonight it won't be long before I do.Thanks! When a new Sage drops I just can't help myself. One of the few moments I feel like a "collector" rather than a knife "accumulator"![]()

You were right a while back about needing a new box, but a little creative rearrangement or maybe closing a couple blades might do in the short term.

I actually have a replacement tanto 21 blade from a few years back that’s never been used. I fully plan on having this one ground like a chisel and using it. Still used it today, works like a champUnless you're going to send it to Idaho for a replacement blade, you could grind the broken edge to a chisel & it could come in handy at work.
I'm afraid I'd have to get a new blade though.![]()
