EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

What inlay is on that one? Boomerang damascus? Nice looking 31, it looks huge next to that Spyderco.

I hope you got the nice price on the Ti frame lock. Knowing the quality of Fox Knives specifically, Maniago-made knives generally, and given my attraction to Wilson's Starburst grips, I had almost pulled the trigger on that Ti knife several times previously as it seemed well worth the price at around two-fifty. At one-fifty it's an absolute steel steal. Sweet presents for your dad and bros. Who gets the Ti one?

This was a couple of years ago, maybe more as time has been flying. I know it was on sale because I was waiting for it to drop in price. My oldest brother got the Ti as he works in a professional field and I felt this suited him best. Next oldest got the multicolored G10 because he's in the outdoors a lot, next got the Cocobolo because he is more traditional, and the black G10 for my father because he is a simple and no-nonsense man.

I went back to the WC site again after seeing your post and before writing this response and ran into the Tashi Bharucha-designed EDC-X which I hadn't previously noticed. It's very appealing, seems a good value, and is more than a little tempting. (I don't need it, I don't need it, I don't need it....). If that ends up in my cart sometime it's all your fault.

I say get it. I'll not only take the blame, I'll outright condone it. I've been wanting to get the Les George Talon but I haven't caught it on sale yet. I also see there is a CF ELC now. You're right in saying the Ti ELC for $150 is a great deal.
