Very nice collections, Gentlemen.
I have itThere is a class of Schrade stockmans between the 34OT (834) and the 8OT (881) which have slender 3 9/16 inch frames. They exist in many forms (different covers, slightly different blades, etc.). The one closest to the pair you referenced would be the 895 open stock.
Thanks a lot for this informationÂ, the 98OT is the one to fill the gap @ 3⅝ inches closed. While longer than the 34OT, it is slimmer and rounder and very pocket friendly.

I've got one of those!! I think this is the same model!!? 3 5/8"?Beautiful knives folks! Ken most times they'd skip that pin on the mark side of cap bolstered knives since the shield pins somewhat held the cover in as well, but they'd still use it on many bareheads regardless. Looks like they went for the upgraded insurance on yours lol. The more pins the better the chances of cracking the covers though, so it was always a gamble.
Since we're looking at teardrop jacks here's a very unusual one. This is the only Schrade Walden teardrop I've ever seen. It's just a hair over 3 5/8" long with steel bolsters, brass liners, and cocobolo handles. Obviously a contract knife for C.J. Hendry Co. I'm thinking that perhaps it comes from right after the transition from Schrade Cut Co to Schrade Walden and it was possibly a carry over contract or they were trying to use up some old parts. Either way it's a wild knife, same pattern as Ken's above but would have been the single blade barehead version 1091 3/4:

Then I stumbled across this box of brand new knives!
Wow!!! All six knives, Eric?? What a score!!
Eric, I’d happily trade one of your new knives for one of thoseThanks Charlie! There are five knives total, someone must have made off with one! LOL

WOW ! Thank you for the time warp. Here's another rarity: I've seen one or two of these knives pop up on the 'Bay over the years in quite used condition. Since I'd never seen them in a catalog I assumed that they were cobbled together TL-29 style knives with a screwdriver delete and pen blade added from another knife. Then I stumbled across this box of brand new knives! Turns out that it was a legit pattern, the 2041. Since it's a four number Schrade Walden knife it would have to be from very shortly after the switchover from Schrade Cut Co as all the knives were converted to a three number system under Schrade Walden within around a four year period after the purchase. I don't know where this one fit in but since it doesn't show in the catalogs I'm thinking it may have been discontinued quite soon after the 1947 transfer. It's derived from the Schrade Cut Co 2041SD, which was the 3 3/4" TL-29 style knife, same style, with a screwdriver (SD) instead of the pen blade, nail notch in the spear, and cocobolo handles that appeared in the 1938 Supplement and the 1940 catalog. In the same catalog was the 2043 which was the bone handled jack version with a long pull spear and pen blade.
This Schrade Walden 2041 seems to be a hybrid of the two with the 2043's pen blade and all other parts from the 2041SD. There's no record at all of a Schrade Walden 2043 so I think that one was discontinued immediately and this knife took it's place for a short time. It's very cool to have the whole package here, otherwise I'd have never known the knife existed! By the way the old Schrade Cut Co/very early Schrade Walden four number system shows the first number as the number of blades (2), second and third are the pattern number (04), and last number is the handle material, 3 being cocobolo. Luckily one of these knives had a ripped and taped up cellophane wrapper so I didn't have to feel bad about removing it
