So heals at the edges 1st? Thanks, feel like I got some cleanly glued today.

Don't worry about the washing, I do, I'm alcohol man lol, I drown both my hands and the cut in it and rub neosporin in.

Drying is indeed what worries me the worst but I don't wann wait around wit it open, I try to let it dry up when changing g gauze/stitch

No, the opposite. Edges heal last. It should start to heal where the cut stopped first and work out from there, I think. I don't think there's much risk of infection from airborne germs so if you have the free time go ahead and leave it uncovered long enough to dry out and for the color to return to normal in the healthy skin (assuming the chunk isn't going to just fall out. If so, lave it bandaged until it at least closes up enough to hold it in place.)

Sounds like you're doing everything right for the most part. Keep it clean, keep it immobile, and change the dressing at least daily.

I'll make a 1/8" thick BK-2 tomorrow. If anyone is interested, I can take some pics and whip up a thread tomorrow night...

I had an otterbox defender on my droid x, it survived everything but a drunken evening at work.. Uh, I mean extended lunch break. I've already ordered the otterbox, it all should be here Monday.

I had a defender on my HTC Inspire. Loved the protection till it started stretching away from the corners and slipping off. Hated that you couldn't put it into your pocket smoothly...and taking it out brought the pocket with it. Luckily, I didn't buy it...but I probably won't buy another if they are of a similar design.

Late to the party, again...

I look ridiculous in a French maid outfit and I'd probably drink all your beer. I can grind some, though.

And he doesn't mean grind with power tools!...

He is a cool fil. He gave me a belt sander, drill press, random tools, etc, as well.

Wish I had a FIL that was even close to that generous. Mine is tighter than a new in-mate's pooper. Seriously, when my sister in-law comes to town and we all go out to eat, he buys the girls' dinner and I have to pay for mine.

I dont know, it's just not working.

Dude, just go to the ER. Are they going to refuse you if you don't have insurance?

Get to it! Let's see those pics. And don't forget we have a chatroom that occasionally has people in it.

You awake hoss? Or are you sitting in my chatroom just taking up space for a reason?

Man, I pulled my lower back august 12th and it still hurts! I want it to go away! I lost 20 pounds and my back pain went away but since I pulled it, it has gotten worse, cant go to the gym and that sucks!!!

Bought a $2 pink polka dotted 3LED keychain light while at Wal-Mart check out line. It was the only thing I could find and I'm absolutely sick if not having a flashlight inthe house. Don't care if it's girly, I've strapped that sum'bich to my SAK and will wear it with pride..

I've known guys who would pick out the floweriest girliest-looking Bic lighters they could find, just so people at parties and bars wouldn't steal them.

And he doesn't mean grind with power tools!...

Next month is a two-night deep sea fishing trip on the Pacific. Trying to figure out what knife from my collection* to bring.

* actually trying to figure out a way to convince myself to buy a new knife** for this trip
** I'm thinking*** a stainless steel Mora. Never owned a Mora befora and they look cool.
*** maybe instead **** I will buy a stainless steel Opinel, epoxy it into the open position, and rig up a sheath. I love the Opinel profile.
**** obviously I'm going to do both :D

And you can do both for only $30. I have a few Moras, they're so cheap there's no reason not to buy one just to check them out. Same for Opinel, I just haven't done it yet.

D, I had another window open and I was working on something and forgot about ya'll. Let's be honest, you're not really worth remembering anyway. :D

That doesn't surprise me in the least. You are easily distracted.

On a side note, I am seeing a lot of people in blue that should be at the very least purple. Get those memberships renewed people, we get a lot out of this place and need to support it.

I hate making back ups, and switching over to a new computer. Hate to complain, but don't care for the process.

I usually just save to a "Server" box at home and when a computer dies or I get a new one I don't have anything lost. It takes a while to get the programming updated, finding the codes and everything. But it is a lot easier.

Yeah, pony up ya cheapskates!

Derek, those pics are inbound. Sorry, I think those are all I've got. Let me know if you have any questions.
