  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

BladeHQ exclusive 940 Osborne in M4 with natural jade g10 scales just came in. Action out of the box was so so, fine tuned it and it’s much better, though it still has a little lock stick but that should smooth out over time.
A question: What would be a reasonable time-frame; for expecting the lock-stick to work itself out?
(By the way: that's a nice-looking knife!)

Thanks. It really depends on how much you open and close the knife. I’ve had it go away in a week or so, or at the very least not be nearly as bad. I’ve only ever really had issues with lock stick when the axis lock bar is black. The silver ones don’t seem to have much of an issue from my experience. You can always use a pencil and rub some lead on the part of the blade where it makes contact with the axis lock bar. That usually smooths it out some.

Thanks! I've got 2 Benchmades that I'll just have to fidget with a bit more...

Been looking for a fixed karambit for some time now. Wanted something to carry in the back daily, with a fast access sheath (no button needing to be taken off) and small enough to not really notice it, and cosmetically easy on the eyes. Finally found this one and very happy with it!
