A question: What would be a reasonable time-frame; for expecting the lock-stick to work itself out?BladeHQ exclusive 940 Osborne in M4 with natural jade g10 scales just came in. Action out of the box was so so, fine tuned it and it’s much better, though it still has a little lock stick but that should smooth out over time.
Thanks. It really depends on how much you open and close the knife. I’ve had it go away in a week or so, or at the very least not be nearly as bad. I’ve only ever really had issues with lock stick when the axis lock bar is black. The silver ones don’t seem to have much of an issue from my experience. You can always use a pencil and rub some lead on the part of the blade where it makes contact with the axis lock bar. That usually smooths it out some.A question: What would be a reasonable time-frame; for expecting the lock-stick to work itself out?
(By the way: that's a nice-looking knife!)
The design is just perfect........
THAT is awesome.
We NEED a lineup shot of the knives. That is insane!!
