Also received some green micarta scales for TRM Atom, should I decide to be more colorful instead of installing the Ti scales that arrived yesterday. I laid them on top of the knife to see how it might look.

Less exciting are a pair of Kizer Assassin in 154CM steel, one in green micarta and one in red Micarta - part of a trade for the TRM Atom in carbon fiber. The action is crisp, and they feel good in the hand with a nice edge. A great deal for a street price of $69.

I was wrong, I have two more new ones to post here, since I've decided to keep them.

A Microtech Troodon Bronze edition with Tanto in M390. It's hard to see the bronze hardware and blade in an iPhone photo. And, a Benchmade KnifeCenter Exclusive Griptilian with red scales and CPM-20CV blade.

Next is my new Hinderer XM-18 in Battle Blue Titanium and Magnacut working finish spearpoint slicer blade. I have a similar one with S45VN non-skinny spearpoint blade.

First mod to the Hinderer XM-18, a LynchNW deep carry pocket clip in Blue Service Ano.

I bought the clip previously, which meant I had to be on the lookout for a Blue Hinderer to go with the clip that I'd already bought, right? Perfectly logical, and it's worked for me in the past. Hence the new blue Hinderer today.

Awesome Hinderer! You’ll have to let us know what you think of the Magnacut vs the S45VN, if they’re going to be users, I am curious to see which has better edge retention (or, more like which has the better Heat Treat)….
I actually don’t own anything with either steel, but I have a good idea of how S45VN will perform, based on my experience w/ S35VN and Elmax.
