Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Got this beauty in yesterday. I greatly underestimated how small this knife was. Not sure if I’ll keep it or if it will grow on me but I wanted to check one out anyway.

Every CRK guy needs a Mnandi! It’s the perfect modern drop into your pocket knife. My Mnandi would be the last knife I would sell.

Been on a bit of a Spyderco binge lately. Here’s my latest three from this week. The Vallotton is off to Gary Graley for a custom sheath. Such a great knife but a real pig to carry in the pocket. The Yojumbo really surprised me, very easy to pocket carry, flat and lightweight for it’s size. And the GB2 needs no introduction, a great all-around cutting tool. Hard to say which is my favorite here.

Nice!! 😴 Congrats!!
I have had one of those on my radar for the past few months!! 🤔
John 😁

I have to tell you, this will be one that you'll highly appreciate, I think. If this was the only knife I had on me at the office, I'd be fine all day long. I have taken it out of my pocket to admire it several times today, and I'm finding that the size, while smaller than I generally would have preferred in the past, is just right. Not every knife has to be able to be used in a four-finger "gorilla grip" for heavy cutting, you know? If you just need to slice open mail, or get into an Amazon box, or snip an errant thread, this little guy will have you 100% covered! Just a beautiful little piece of American made cutlery, and an instant favorite!

Joker Nomad 6.5 just came in. It’s been sold out everywhere for months but seems to be in stock again . I keep being blown away at the quality of Joker knives for the money. The fit and finish is as good as some of my custom knives costing 3x-4x. First rate leather sheath, great Bohler N695 steel. I really don’t know how they do it for $115. A RAT Model 2 in D2. Or as I like to refer to it, "R2-D2"

Fun little knife. Makes a nice EDC. I find the Model 1 to be too large and too heavy to be really useful around the house, though I think it makes a great folding outdoors knife. I frequently carry one when out walking. But R2-D2 is light and nimble. I think the steel is a bit on the soft side, but it's still more than adequate for every day chores.
