First of all, ANY alleged crime can be reported to any police station 24/7 anywhere. If it's not directly a police matter, (e.g. customs, immigration etc.), they will pass it on to the correct authorities.

Secondly, anyone charged with a criminal offense is entitled to a trial. Even illegal immigrants have access to the courts and appeal processes.

These two bits of nonsense on your part point very strongly to this whole mess either being a stunt or to you being seriously off your rocker. Get help.

You are wrong. You can't report all things at any police station. They will often refer you to someone else.

Also, what is the point of telling the police when it isn't exactly their jurisdiction. They can make the arrest, but other agencies are responsible for the investigating. They might be busy with someone 5km/h over the speed limit anyway. It is double demerit points on the holiday long weekend.

So, I will wait till the proper authorities are back at work, and notify them directly.

That way I can be assured the issue is being dealt with.
