Maybe I overlooked it, but what exactly does "defaced" entail? Did he scratch the blade or handle, carve his name in it, sacrifice a chicken before handing it over?

Anyway, it seems to me that this is just an attempt to screw with someone's business for his own benefit. He is interested in importing these knives and becoming the sole distributor in Australia. This becomes a much easier proposition if the current distributor is made to look insane.

Defacing entails having damage to the surface of the blade, the handle, the sheath. I also have an incorrect warranty card, the wrong sheath etc.

I don't particularly want to get involved in selling knives.

That would prove nothing, since talonner could deface the knife himself before taking the photos. From what I have read in this thread I certainly wouldn't put it past him.

Right, but I'd still like to see what he's got, at this point it would be at least interesting and the fact that he's stalling already doesn't look so good.

I'm not stalling. I need a digicam and one will be available Easter Sunday for me to borrow. Defacing property I have spent hundreds of dollars on is stupider than Zobair Bary. Look at the fools photo. "Oh it is just a personal family photo of us cleaning guns." or whatever nonsense he wrote. More lies. Let's put it on facebook with tough guy faces!

If he doesn't want to deal with me in a professional manner, I am obligated to inform the proper legal authorities as soon as possible and provide them with information I have come across in regards to this man, which would be when this holiday long weekend is over, so perhaps Tuesday they will be informed.

I ordered a sheath from one Mr. David Brown that arrived last week. It was supposed to be for a Game Warden, but it turned out he had sent one for a Frost Cutlery Undertaker Bowie instead. After I complained, he flew to Kentucky and was on my doorstep the next morning.

I handed him the GW in question and he proceeded to kill 2 of my cats with it. Said he needed them for pressing. He then heated up a small section of Kydex with a propane torch, placed the GW wrapped in this Kydex between my recently deceased felines and jumped up and down on the whole mess while singing "Killer Queen". When finished, he shaped the newly formed sheath with his teeth and then wrapped it in Scotch tape to hold it together (he mumbled something about scotch and Busses, not sure what he was going on about).

After witnessing this unorthodox sheath making technique (and taking notes), I was dumbfounded again when he carved a picture of Santa Clause in my newly made sheath, threw it on my roof, and laughed like a madman as he strapped on a jetpack and flew off into the sunrise.

Needless to say, I'm upset.

Hahaha... Almost perfect, the thing with the jetpack was just not believable though. Nobody would buy it... Rocket shoes maybe, but jetpack... please!?!

What really stumps me is that talonner simply doesn't understand that going about his "problem" the way he is, does not and cannot work.

The guy he's complaining about could be the worlds biggest d-bag (not saying that he is or isn't), but nobody will believe that when that accusation comes from a mouth breather such as talonner.

The guy that sold him the knife comes on here and posts his point of view, but does it in a professional manner with the tone of someone that has an education beyond kindergarten. Naturally people will be more likely to believe him than the OP and his dribble.

After 4 pages talonner still doesn't get that.

After spending the afternoon shovelling horse crap out of the paddocks, (quite nice sauted in a little white wine, salt and garlic), it's fun to come in and read threads like this. I'm not sure what amuses me more, the crud from the lunatic fringe or the comments from other BF members.

Well over the phone he refused an exchange and told me to piss off. That didn't work, so I tried the internet. Someone who claimed to work for Kizlyar now claims to no longer have a job with them. That got me somewhere.

However, Zobair Bary has not given me the correct warranties, sheath or factory new goods. He also lied about offering a refund.

So I am going to have to inform the correct authorities of various breaches of Australian state and federal law that Zobair Bary has committed, of which I have documented proof.

I also have information I have come across recently that could get Zobair Bary in a large amount of legal trouble in a criminal and not civil manner, as well as have his company shut down.

I could use information I have against him to have his company closed down and get him in huge trouble with the law.

For anyone still reading, the Australian distributor of Kizlyar knives, Zobair Bary, delivers false warranties, damaged products, is rude to customers, refuses exchanges of damaged goods, and is a criminal, of which I have proof which would stand up in a court of law.

Zobair Bary, I can have your whole company and stock seized through legal means. I can also have you charged with criminal offences unrelated to my incident. I have proof of you breaking various laws in Australia.
