Not only that, statements he's made on here could easily amount to extortion attempts. I don't know what this dude's thinking!

I can't report him at the moment because it is outside business hours and Australia is on public holidays.

He refuses an exchange. He is obligated to do this under the law.

The dealer isn't going to look good with criminal convictions. Or in a cell.

Gaj, thanks for that bit of info. I thought it sounded strange that Police Agencies in Australia would close for the entire Easter weekend! If you happen to know, what are Australia's extortion laws like?

Not all criminal matters go directly to state or federal police. Next time you want to pretend to be in the know, make sure to get informed.

Someone from the Kizlyar factory claiming to be a knife designer already has lost a job since this saga started.

Zobair Bary is going to lose his business and freedom. I have to report him. Nothing else I can do.

I'm not extorting him.

Legally he has to replace faulty and incorrect goods and give me the correct warranties.

I have documented proof of him breaking the law. When it can be proven it is not an allegation.

The proof is there. I am not alleging anything. Zobair Bary IS a crook.

The authorities will be aware.

It is not based on the picture, it is based on fact. The picture just demonstrates his lack of respect and irresponsibility around potentially lethal items.

It also makes him identifiable to anyone who may encounter him in a business sense, so they know what he looks like and can stay away from this crook.

Yes I wrote I don't want Zobair Bary breaking the law and I want an apology and compensation.

He isn't interested.

I have to report him to the authorities. It's a disgrace when immigrants come here and have no respect for our laws, customs or culture. If he's not a citizen, or holds dual citizenship, hopefully he can be deported or have that dual citizenship revoked.
