Zobair Bary was not born in Australia! So either you are lying or this other character is!

Well we know for sure that gajinoz is a liar. Perhaps does not have ancestors from the First Fleet either. Or perhaps he does. Either way, gajinoz is a liar.

So if he dry fired the rifles and the triggers where uncocked, it may not be so safe to have your fingers on a trigger to a lot of people, but still it means nothing like what you are implying.

I am implying nothing. I am saying the guy is an idiot. Look at the person next to him and the direction of the muzzle. Look at the moronic faces he is pulling. What kind of idiot does things like that?

He is a crook, a con man, a liar and a horrible representation of the human race, not to mention the knife industry and Kizlyar knives in particular.
 
Well, this has certainly been entertaining but, just in case the mods get unhappy with the troll baiting, I'll leave you to your activities until this turns up in W&C.

For anyone still reading, the Australian distributor of Kizlyar knives, Zobair Bary, delivers false warranties, damaged products, is rude to customers, refuses exchanges of damaged goods, and is a criminal, of which I have proof which would stand up in a court of law. Not to mention he is an idiot around firearms and should be allowed no where near them.

He is a disgrace to humanity, the knife industry, and is doing damage to the good name of Kizlyar.
 
Why don't you take all of this up with Kizlyar people, being there is really nothing anyone here can do about your problem?
 
I have tried and they don't wish to have communication with me, or meet with me in person, even after offering to do so, to which I agreed.

So I guess I can use the internet to tell people that whilst Kizlyar knives are great, their Australian distributors are not.

Or you could call the cops and maybe get your money back for the goods your not happy with.

The fact you dont want to call the cops in on this when the guy has
blatantly ripped you off with defaced goods, entered your home with out
permission and pehaps removed items and put a knife to your gut speaks volumes IMO. :rolleyes:

All I want is replaced goods, warranty cards, compensation and a public apology.

That's much better for Zobair Bary than getting the police involved.

I was even offered to meet face to face with someone from Kizlyar, who declined when I agreed to their offer.

And you aren't going to get any of it by whining here with your bizarre story.
As for meeting with a rep from Kizlyar, well if a mere distributor did all that then I can only imagine what the real deal would have done, they probably would have bent the knife with their bare hands and chewed the sheath up while you watched.(and you'd undoubtedly get not even a fake warranty card) They sound like a rowdy lot.

I am easily identifiable as a customer of his. I have posted this on various other websites. He is aware of this happening. If it wasn't true I'm sure I'd be getting sued by now and he would be trying to protect his name.

I still find it rather odd that after he brandishes a knife at you, and after you catch the man in your house rummaging about, you don't get angry until he tells you to piss off on the phone????????????????:rolleyes:

Gajinoz is so obviously in league with the stock sanding acrobatic troupe of unsafe gun handling traveling knife salesmen. the cheek of him suggesting that you give the fellow a rap in the flapper for being in your house, or for holding a knife to your belly is outlandish!

Drive to Melbourne or Sydney, or that big rock out yonder that you all always take pictures of, where ever this scoundrel has his lair, and beat the tar out of him, take his magical meteor knife thereby robbing him of his powers, and call it quits.;)

The person claiming to have worked for Kizlyar now claims to no longer have a job with them after grievances were aired on another forum.

I usually don't get angry I am quite a calm person.

I don't know where he is at the moment. He doesn't provide a physical business address, so I can't visit him.

It is very easy to give me what I paid for, in factory condition, still wrapped, proper warranty cards, compensation and a public apology.

Until then discerning knife users and collectors need to be aware of this man and his disgraceful business attitude and behaviour towards customers.
 
I sent an email to Kizlyar Knives Australia, directing them to this thread. I thought they might want to know what is being posted about them. Maybe they will read this and comment.

Dear members of the “Knifeforums”

Allow me to start by introducing myself. My name is Zobair Bary and I am the managing director of Kizlyar Australia. True I was not borne in Australia, but neither are half the Australian population of just under 21 million. And no I am not an Arab or Iranian, not that there is anything wrong with that. On the other hand the individual writing all this trash about us did look quite middle eastern himself.

Anyhow, I have been running the company in Australia for over two years now and our main role is the importation, distribution, promotion and sales of Kizlyar Industrial Enterprises products in Australia and New Zealand. Our products are currently being stocked and retailed by over 20 major Hunting stores and military suppliers within Australia and we also have a sales representative in each state through out the country. In addition to this we sell directly to the Australian Military, Customs and Police. Finally, we have an online store through which we sell directly to the public, which is of great benefit to those living in remote areas.

I was made aware of this individuals trash talking a couple of days ago by a knivesforum member, but the responsible moderators there managed to get rid of him quite quickly and effectively. Let me assure you that in our company we go to great lengths to insure that our customer satisfaction is not compromised. We have even gone to the level of extending the original 10year manufacturers warranty to a lifetime warranty, for which we pay from our own budget. As the result, the customer feedback we have gotten from Australia and world wide has been nothing but positive and praise. Therefore, if you are interested in owning our knives or doing business with us, then you can deal with confidence.

As far as stock is concerned, we do not carry the entire range of knives produced by Kizlyar, however the range that we do carry covers, pretty much any type of blade for almost every single purpose that one can think of. Furthermore, by the end of tis year we are hoping to obtain the customs clearance for the importation of certain dagger models. As far as stock quantity goes, we always have our advertised range in stock. However, it must noted that our knives are production handmade and I sincerely think that we are doing quite well supplying the demand considering the fact that certain other handmade knife companies have up to five year waiting lists.

As far us this poor, unhappy and apparently abused and robbed customer is concerned the only thing our company did wrong was to be nice to him and replace the original wrong knife that was sent to him in person. I admit this was my single great mistake and it will never be repeated. As far as the rest of his claims go I leave the judgment to you good people of the blade forums. His rampage started after we decided not reply to one of his very disturbing emails that we received after the exchange. And it has been going on ever since. For the record we did offer him full money refund, but we do not wish to replace his items as we do not want to have anything to do with him anymore.

P.S. the picture he has is from my personal facebook folder and the guns are unloded and uncocked as i was in the middle of cleaning them after a hunt. I am sure we all have family pictures that we would like others not to see.

Thank you very much Keith, but unfortunatlly this has been going on elsewhere for a while now and frrankly we are sick of it.
