Evening. I guess I'm not the only one who isn't interested in American Idol tonight...the old lady is glued to the TV, so I am stuck. :barf:

Morning everyone. Off to a great start, just one of those "I feel good, nothin can stop me" kind of mornings! Don't know why, maybe its because I have the day off, maybe because the wife and I are getting along today, or just the product of good coffee and a clean, close shave.

Todays epiphany: stop lights timed for 35mph are also timed for 70mph! Gonna go have some fun now, see y'all in traffic court!

Good morning everyone.Daniel, do you have a mp3 player or better yet can I burn every thing on a DVD and you can pick through it and take what you want. Xander, do you think we could get our bosses to give us the same days off so I could make sharp things in your shop?I won a old cool looking swiss army type of pocket knife I never heard of for 99 cents. yay!!!

Evening men.Well we are in the midst of a huge forest fire. It started on the Seney refuge and is now 10 miles from the Tahquamenon Falls. I hope they get it under control soon. I have not checked but it may have burned near my new hunting spot.

I really hope they get that under control fast. We have bad fires here that are my worst fear, I do a lot of clearing but by the time I'm done the original stuff has grown back.

No problem Daniel!!! I feel the same way when I get e-mails from you!!My wife made BBQ T-bones and potatoes and fresh corn on the cob.There goes my diet!
 
Hey Big, you need to ditch that puny .454 for hunting and get a BIG pistol to go with your new BIG chopper! I remembered to get a pic of the BFR in .460 for ya! For size reference, I don't have small hands, from the base of my palm to the tip of my middle finger is 9"...

Xander I guess we both have xxl mits...lol.That BFR i sweet. I was looking at the American Handgunner magazine and now want a custom Gary Reeder SAA. I would get that in 460!!! Hornady prices are not much different from 454 to 460.Only thing is I like hunting with open sights and the only way to get the most out of a 460 is with a scope.Would be cool to shoot deer at 250 yards with a handgun though!

Anyone interested check out Duck Lake fire in Luce County. It has already burned 9500 acres and the Sleeper lake fire of 07 burned a little over 1800 acres and was the 3rd worst fire in Michigan history.What makes it worse is yesterday and today we are having 20 mph winds out of the West.
