It's a little late to say Good Morning, but whoops, I just said it![]()
fast14riot, are you sure you're burning 850 Kcals in 45 min? You should be losing about 325 lbs. an hour at that rate![]()

Cool you are doing some training X. High altitude can get to you, I'm at about 7500 feet elevation here and you never really get used to it. I get winded walking uphill here easily but at sea level I have nearly limitless energy for a week or so until I am adjusted. If you feel hung over but shouldn't be that is the altitude!
Morning men!You guy's have a great Saturday! I have a couple of rifles I want to go zerne being my 7 mag.So either today or tomorrow!
Carbidized Ti and machetes?? Sounds like winners to me, can't wait to see those(the machetes)! How much you thinking for a machete??
Morning men. Busy day already today. Lots of work to do, got a lot done at home before I left as well. Hopefully it stays productive!

I'm going with the Painting X routine this weekend. Painting the rooms in my attic on a 90 degree day. The brother-in-law of all X workouts.
Great idea BigCountry! I'm jealous!
Whew!!! 105 degrees!! I think I could fry an egg on the back deck.
Ti machete... 16in long, 1 3/4in tall, slight recurve, 1/8in thick. 4 1/2 handle with slight curve at end to "keep in hand", let me know when one is ready
beer to you >;]
