I always hate it when one of my dogs pass. I always say I'm not going o put myself through that again. And I always end up with another dog. :o
 
Bummer. Dogs are good energy. Sorry about the loss.

We have an old dog.. not looking forward to the end.. and we are already looking to get another dog before he dies.. not sure if the overlap will be helpful, but I know we can't live without a dog!

Heal up.. give it a bit, then go find another buddy! DRINK!
 
Thanks again guys. I still have another dog, Weber, our 17# ball of energy who is just 2.5 years. I don't know if I'm ready to get another big dog this time around. Time will tell.

Got a busy day here at work, so that will keep my mind occupied. I will be making a dog tag with his name to put on my keys, I am also thinking about having his collar and tags framed along with the photo from a calendar he was featured in a couple years ago. I will miss him, he was well mannered all the way to the very end. One of the very best dogs I have ever lived with, and I have had lots of dogs over the years.

I only had one it's a chihuahua had her for 14 yrs I basically grew up with her. Don't think too much about it life goes on and Radar's in better place now! :)

Now, let me ask you guys if you ever try a hot dog made out of rattlesnakes? Well, if you ever visit downtown LA we have some exotic food here!

Sorry X, been there and it's rough. We lost a dog me and the wife had for about 12 years amazing how attached we get to those little critters. Hope things turn around.
 
Ben can you mail me a hot dog if I send you cash? :D Too cool! I'm a bit of a hot dog aficionado and came very close to starting a stand here a ways back.

My disc grinder is finally built and running!!!!!!!!!! It is one bad grinder and will get a lot of use... the Trifecta is complete! Disc, Horizontal and Vertical Grinders! BTW if you want to build one I can help but forget that... just buy one! It was much tougher to build than expected but is so smooth. I can see why they cost so much now.

The new grinder is huge as far as folders go, I can now lap harder steels and other steels will go faster and be ground way cleaner. This will hep keep detent paths super smooth. I can also do big flat grinds and more.... I am so excited!

Concrete table top... check! It will go in the Smithy/Foundry so I can put my forges and casting gear on a table that won't catch fire. Plus its cool and super low budget... the concrete thing is something I have wanted to do for a while.

Disc grinders are awesome. It's all I had for a couple years. Wait until you try grinding plunges and an entire knife on one! Did you get a tapered or flat disc? I wish I had a tapered disc, I have only flat, but I can work around it.

I knew you had one... cool to hear on the plunges too! Mine is flat, I know it is a bit less versatile but this is currently a dedicated flat lapping machine. It is the same as a KMG but with a steel base and no VFD mount.

Hang in there! We are thinking of you guys.
 
You got it! How about the Jalapeño pepers? :D Honestly I can't even tell the difference to me they taste like hotdogs! :D

Thanx Kev. I know you understand how I feel about my pets and dogs in general.

As if to prove some sort of superstition about 3's, the wife great grandma went to the hospital with a heart attack about 3 hours ago, the wife is now a mess...

Ugh, I need another beer....
