Clearing some more venison out the freezer. Today it’s jalapeño cheddar venison brats.

Brats are usually all pork so it’s a 50/50 blend.



All the ingredients mixed pre-grind. I like using my bushfinger to break down these big cuts.



Ground , stuffed and twisted. This is 4 lbs of sausage.
