Can't wait to be able to add to this thread! It's gonna be fun. I've loved cooking since I was in 7th grade, it's a passion of mine. That and I love photography too! I'll be breaking in my Bushraptor as a small utility knife. One of these days I hope to be able to get a guardless Woodchuck or a Woodsman to be able to have a bigger blade.
