Coming from cattle country, I never liked eating lamb. I got to spend a couple of summers working on my friends farm in Canada where this lamb was raised. They raise them right. This was really good!

used a holiday F2 for eating latkes tonight. mom's really getting this good potato pancake thing down pat!

if I can find any leftovers, I'll make surer to photo document the delicious starchy encounter of potato pancakes fried in oil, salt, freshly ground pepper or green onions, and whole fat sour cream :cool::thumbsup:
