We ordered the truffles from Farm Sanctuary and the card came in the box. The back of the card gives information about a farm animal whose care is funded by the purchase of the candy. They're handmade in California by a vegan chocolatier. Absolutely the best truffles I've ever had

It's nothing special but it is tasty. Grilled chicken, onion, peppers, and mushrooms in a locally made store bought stir fry sauce. Fried up in my favorite cast iron. Served over steamed rice.

That DOES look tasty. The cutting board looks great, too.

However, if you expect the knife to EVER get tender, it needs to be immersed.

The knife never got tender. I think it chipped my tooth!

This looked so good that I had to make it yesterday to enthusiastic reviews. Found an online recipe for stir fry sauce that turned out to be very good.
