Oh me too! Or a good pastrami...

Finally I have something I feel is worthy to contribute. I've been out of the "Fiddlebacks and Food" game for too long. We grilled up a few steaks, a hunk of salmon, and steamed some veggies last night...and everyone laughed at me as I insisted on snapping pics before I dove in. They just don't understand!

Nice shot of an awesome meal! And I bet the Karda makes a great steak knife. My friends have gotten used to it over time, and the fact that their comments just slide off me like water off a duck's back :)

A nod to southern style BBQ pork chopped sandwich with coleslaw on the sandwich and a little on the side in lieu of proper beans I had to go with corn chips, likely a southern BBQ foul ! But hey it worked!
A nod to the BC for doings the chopping honors!

I'm happy to hear that Phillip! I think likely you would enjoy it too. My two foster care clients did. All that was missing was a proper German hot potato salad and a good beer!

Growing up, I always had turkey, pan dressing & cranberry sauce from the can during Thanksgiving & Christmas. I absolutely love it, for better or worse. Due to travel restraints this Holiday season, I was not going to be able to partake in my favorite meal of the year. Until, my lovely bride stopped by the "Honey Baked Ham" store on the way home. Kylie made sure I had my favorite meal before we embark on our travels over the next few days. She is a keeper!

It's not the same as my Mom's but it will do

Come over down under. We have turkey, roast beef, roast pork, chicken and ham on the menu. Beers start at 10Am

And prawns with the beer. I put on at least a kilo on Christmas Day.

Abe, again the best looking Bushfinger I've seen. Absolutely love it. Nice shrimp as well.
