Fiddlebacks and Food

Okay, so this is my version of the Thanksgiving (Christmas) Gobbler.
A buddy of mine keeps telling me about a sandwich he looks forward to every year around the holidays and I'm pretty sure it's called the "Gobbler," available at WaWa.
It's basically your entire Thanksgiving dinner in a sub roll. It sounds interesting to say the least, so today I used some of our Christmas dinner leftovers for the experiment. From what I'm told, there are quite a few other items that go on the sandwich that I didn't have leftover.

BTW, I ate this sandwich around 1:30 today and I'm still feeling it

Watch out for the homemade pimp juice. If you are not used to it and get too much, your nose will start running and you will walk with a limp.

Dammit Phillip. I'm so hungry. No food in the house...maybe some stale cereal. And some chocolate left over from Christmas.

I've got a tradition here too. About every 4 or 5 days we BBQ. Of course today I added black eyed peas to the mix.

New Year's Day supper. Seasoned collard greens with diced turnips, black eyed peas, broiled pork chops, diced potatoes, and pan fried corn bread.
