Fiddlebacks and Food

I used my Mantis to cut up a pineapple, honeydew melon and a few pounds of strawberries tonight. What a dream knife.

Haven't contributed here in awhile, so thought I'd share these. With a 4 month old newborn and some crazy flu going around, we decided to stay put for Super Bowl Sunday and eat at home while watching the game. We normally eat vegetarian/vegan cause of my high BP (historically, I love every kind of food that'll clog up your veins LOL), but since it's the big game, decided to go with good ol' fried chicken. In retrospect, should've taken a photograph after I cut into the moist chicken with my Kephart....but I was too impatient to just dive into it.

Fried OG way using lodge cast iron pan (have a deep frier and a deep french oven too, but I just think it tastes the best this way using my old humble Lodge pan)
