First knife suggestion

First knife should be an Ontario Rat in D2 steel. with a norton SiC , or diamond or similar stone with a balsa strop n compound. Perfect starter kit.

I'm not a troll, I'm just asking information, i don't see anything strange in them. They all have good and interesting points. I think that all has started from watching EDC videos on youtube, almost all of them have a knife and now you are totally destroying my will to emulate them with your (valid i must admit) points. As I told before I recently found myself in 2 situations:
1) a muslim guy that out of nowhere (just because i was walking on the left side of the sidewalk and his fkn children had to move), he started to talk bad and saying something like "what are you going to do" and insulted me, so i just used diplomacy and got away;
2) at least 3/4 black guys thinking that i was following one of them (probably they were drug dealers and thought i was a cop or something) they started talking etc and here again i was at risk. I felt really vulnerable therefore i've considered buying some self defense weapon and come here for a suggestion on a knife

I also think that i will totally get a tactical pen but with a pen I think I would haven't do nothing in both the situations... i also have considered a baton but if somebody gets very close it won't do NOTHING. i just think that if i was attacked first I would react with my hands and then if things got very serious grab the knife. My point is, having a knife could be very useful for instance in case you find yourself against more than one aggressors, the one of few other people here is like: don't get a knife that could be used against you (which is totally valid), then what should i do? Just try fighting them all with my hands and maybe get beaten from all of them?

What you need is the Russian fatality: Bear Spray and an Extendo at the same time. Then you're really ready to rock!

My first 'good' knife was a benchmade mini griptilian. Fast out, fast in. Strong, reliable. And knives only get better from there friend

What is an Extendo?

Extendo is a term for "expandable baton", as in an "extension" of your arm.
I am in Europe as well, facing similar "threats" in my daily life, being the worst some of the rabid, big dogs that can be found near my workplace.
Reading the advice given above and going through all steps of learning about self defense comes first and would probably help you more than anything. Once that is done, self awareness will be your best weapon and running the best option.
In case things can't be avoided, or a situation doesn't allow fleeing, my choice is carrying Sabre pepper spray or some other kind of defensive aerosol/gel.
After that, running again.

If none of the above worked for whatever reason (doesn't shoot, doesn't affect the attacker(s), you run out of gel and there is an active threat...) then there comes the knife. IIRC you can't get a handgun and legally carry it where you live.
For a defensive knife I'd look for either a concealable fixed blade or a big, strong folding knife. High sharpness and tough construction, as well as a nice grip are key factors.

For fixed blades, you could take a look at different styles, sizes and shapes

Spyderco Fred Perrin Bowie, Aqua Salt, Ronin, Fish Hunter
Cold Steel Counter Tac, Peacemaker, Safe Maker, Double Agent, Tiger
CRKT Hissatsu, Obake, Clever Girl, Dragon, Yukanto

or a quality folder that gives you the greatest cutting edge per weight and size, a reliable lock and very grippy handles

Spyderco Yojimbo 2, Civilian, Matriarch 2, Lil' Matriarch, Police...
Cold Steel Voyager, Recon, Talwar, Broken Skull, Rajah...

I believe these are the 2 companies with best, most reliable and affordable serious defensive and offensive knives of all kind, but as stated above training, mindset and luck will determine 95% of the outcome

It sounds like you handled both situations correctly and I'd venture to guess had you pulled out a knife in either scenario they'd have ended very differently for you...

On the chance this is a serious post ...the fact that you have recognised situations that put you in harms way is a start .
The first thing I would reccomend is taking a self defense class of some sort or begining a martial arts class. Some of the first lessons you will learn are how to always be vigilante and avoid situations that put you in harms way. And if unavoidiable the classes can teach you how to stun and evade the actual fight if possible ... and if not they will provide you with the correct mindset required to use the force necessary to defend your life.
Until you aquire some of that knowledge all the reccomendations in the world of what type of knife or baton or even firearm to carry are kind of ahead of the curve.
Fighting even in the case you can't avoid it takes a certain mindset and mental training before thinking of introducing weapons.
I understand you live in a country I am not familiar with and won't claim to know the danger or situations you may face daily ... but I would reccomend the same to someone in the USA or anywhere ... seek some training by professionals that can teach you not only the arts but to be vigilante and watch to avoid the bad situations and when that's not possible ... teach you the mindset and mentally prepare you for the fight for your life or your families.
After that you'll get a better understanding of which weapon may suit you and your situations best ... because the last thing you want to do is bring the weapon into a fight that will end up being used on you or your family.
I hope you find some teaching and don't have to face those situations frequently ... and if you do hopefully you can learn how best to deal with them.

Well said ! Your particular weapons determination will naturally follow from knowledge and training . Until you have the skills and the will, weapons may do you more harm than good .

C'mon guys I just told that i perceived it as more intimidating probably because i connected him with the the one that I saw in Rambo as a child (child memories are stronger emotionally). And then I've asked if you also would perceive a knife like that (with the saw) as more intimidating, without receiving an answer. But if you want to keep joking about that you can continue also for other 10 years for what I care.

Aaaaaanyways, I think I'll get that Sabre gel and I will consider doing some martial art course but I'm not really convinced that you can learn the mindset of a fight, i mean, i was taller 10-20cm than that short muslim guy but still I was scared of getting to a fight with him, while many times even 2m tall guys don't intimidate me.

However I still think I will buy a knife (i never said something gigantic), I think a conceivable fixed blade or a wave one.

I've seen all the knives you suggested me and now I'll continue looking myself and post here what I'll considering buying, so you can tell me if it's good or not.

Thanks everybody

You shouldnt even think about using a knife for sd without SERIOUS training. There for if blade lenght is not a problem you should go with the Endura, because it has a trainer.2 Enduras (one with a live blade, one trainer)+a sharp maker will be in your budget.

I have not read all the comments as of yet. But I would look at a modest sized fixed blade such as the Kabar EK dagger if it is purely for self defense. Carry it a while and in a year or so consider something else, perhaps an upgrade.

Training is important. But personally i have little interest in that kind of hard core effort. JamesY mentioned in a thread how difficult it is to disarm someone carrying a knife and the damage they can inflict even without training. One needs to consider just what your ultimate purpose is with self defense if you aren't Rambo. My purpose would be for someone to stay the hell away from me and not be an easy mark.

Agree fully
