How easy are the IKBS knives to take apart and reassemble? I looked at a few pages with balisongs and it looked like it would be a little difficult to put back together. I'm curious since I like to take apart some of my knives to clean from time to time.
- That sounds promising! Not really an answer to your question, but the 0777, 0560/1, and Tilt use Kershaw's KVT washers instead of IKBS. The bearings are captured in the polymer washer, disassembly and reassembly aren't really any different than with PB washers. No worries about tiny loose bearings all over or having to carefully dab grease in the races to keep the bearings in place.
What parts are titanium? The subframe lock, backspacer and pocket clip? What about the pivot?
Hey I got an idea, let's do a size comparison to another knife thats not released yet. Lol
Thx, enjoyed your video!... All of those other ZT's are hard to find, even in the building...
Hmmm...I'm interested in hearing more myself.ZT 0777 looks like a winner - nice to see Kershaw pushing again the boundaries of the industry.
I'm convinced that many will be as happy with this knife as I was with Volt.
So I was surprised when I saw this:

Is there some kind of a collaboration with Microtech, license? You're making them for Microtech?
I must say that this is pretty confusing...
