I've noticed that the wood is very dry on most of the photos I've seen thus far.Today is a good day.
A 62 and a 24 just arrived.

I like them both a lot! Gonna go do some handle sanding now, my 62 is pretty rough. Easy fix though.![]()
Mail hasn't arrived here, but I'm not overly hopeful.
Much better.I couldn’t resist...

Congrats man. Is the logo etched in? That's the first photo I've seen where it looks etched.Well, the tracking has been vague this whole journey... Funny, because I ordered something unrelated from NY a couple of days after I assume Tomars got their shipment in and it got here a few days ago...
The 62, however, just showed up on my doorstep a few minutes ago. Opened up the package and I can say that I am very much in love. What a superb knife! Terrible sun filled lighting for proper pictures but I snapped a couple until a proper shoot can happen.
This is a knife that is light, well-balanced, sharp, and quite handsome. Feels great in hand and the leather sheath (though not quite my style) is quite serviceable and it went right on my belt, I barely know it's there. The wood is beautiful in its own rugged subdued way and though a touch rough, I may just let it smooth and patina with age and use on its own. It will certainly be getting some mineral oil though, I suspect it will drink that right up.
A lovely knife and one that is going to see a lot of love and use.
