It's actually quite well rounded isn't it? The edc worked well for carving the bowl of a spoon and the sdfk could well take down a small tree if need be.That set will handle a whole lot of cutting!
A fair assessment! They are very similar in size and capabilities no doubt. I really like the CPK for sure but it’s going to be hard to top this particular Busse. Time will tell but I felt pretty lucky to get it today. They are both keepers
Edit: To more directly answer that: in comparison I like both handles about the same but slightly give the nod to CPK due to the tubes on Busse leaving a sort of divit in the scale vs smooth and the grind and blade height is more to my liking on the CPK as well. The choil goes to Busse due to the ability to do choke up work more comfortably without worry of a cut and it’s thumb ramp is more favorable to my hand as well. I like the fact that I can put a lanyard on the Busse.
So far that’s the initial assessment. I wouldn’t want to choose between them yet for sure.
Very! The SDFK is just simply great all around. I don’t leave the road system without mine. Enjoy! It's actually quite well rounded isn't it? The edc worked well for carving the bowl of a spoon and the sdfk could well take down a small tree if need be.

So are the one's and the 3's..... I don't personally understand the twos? Thanks, I appreciate it. The dek 2s are sexy af.
The 2s were tanto if I am not mistaken, up until my p&l I never really cared for tantos. Id had them many times in the past and would usually round the second point into a belly. The more traditional Japanese tantos already have a belly, which I like. I suppose I should have said I never cared for American tantos. So are the one's and the 3's.....
