Fixed blades

What is this one? That's very nice.
It's complicated. :)
The blade was made by a blacksmith from Chelyabinsk, he specializes in heat treatment of tool steels. The blade is made from the Russian analogue of D2, (Х12МФ). Another master from Kaluga assembled the knife and made micarta. He also made a Kydex sheath for concealed carry.

Love it. Does this thing also have CPK scales ? They look like it.

Like this one (FF Production Camp):

Gary W. Graley Gary W. Graley talked me into this one 😆

Griffin Company X Series EDC in stonewashed hollow ground Magnacut and marbled carbon fiber scales. I removed the belt clip and chain, for pocket carry, and I'll let you know how it goes over the next few weeks. I may switch to the black micarta scales for better grip, but the CF looks sick!

This just in. Read the card that was in the Buck's box...

This Boker is pretty stout! I have not explored the hidden compartment inside the scales, but plan to put a fire starter, hook, and line in there.

Only one person commented that the LE Paperwork for the Buck (that I suggested reading) says it is a "clip point" but it's actually a drop point 😆

The Boker was returned unused, and my refund was processed. If I didn't already have the Magnacut Knafs Lulu with the 90 degree spine for striking fire steel I'd have kept the Boker.
