Finally getting around to running some field tests* on a knife I cobbed together a few months ago.
Band mill steel for the blade, rived black walnut scales, and an old nail peened over for pins.
*More like driveway tests.

Only one person commented that the LE Paperwork for the Buck (that I suggested reading) says it is a "clip point" but it's actually a drop pointThis just in. Read the card that was in the Buck's box...

This Boker is pretty stout! I have not explored the hidden compartment inside the scales, but plan to put a fire starter, hook, and line in there.
