FK3 show and tell

Non.Nisi.Te it was excellent. I freshened the edge first on a diamond plate and a few passes on the edge of a glass table; it was toothy and sticky. Literally zipped through hide, muscle, tendon and cartilage. I prefer a longer, somewhat narrow blade for the task as it gives me more reach to ream out the pelvis so that I can remove all of the entrails in one motion. The FK3 was perfect for this use. It also split the sternum with ease. No surprise, the edge is still sharp and ready for work. I love this knife.

That is a phenomenal combination of awesomeness Michael. The light and dark streakyness of the ironwood really sets off the acid washed finish nicely. The matching gold hardware on the knife and handsome duramax sheath is a classy touch. Just wow!
