This is a fun sauce. It has been around for at least a couple of decades. While it predates the modern Reaper, Ghost, and Scorpion variants; it achieves high heat through a combination of Jalapeno and oleoresin capsicum (extract). It works wonderfully with the garlic and clove flavors amidst the backdrop of sweet molasses.

Here, I've lightly drizzled it over some Castelvetrano olives and fresh cheddar curds that had been previously tossed in olive oil.

Dude I love that kitchen knife!! Looked for it immediately. Doesn't seem so readily available except from am express Ali type site lol. Very nice.

Add meat and it becomes a meal! This time, I used Yellow Bird's Ghost Pepper Condiment with melted butter as the dressing. It is rich, bold, and zesty with a little smoke and savory tomato flavor.
