Fried chicken sauced with 1/2 cup Ghost Pepper Condiment to 1/3 cup quality butter from grass-fed cows. While not turbo, it's hot enough that a little side of sour cream is nice.

You can use any vinegar-based hot sauce in that ratio with butter for either wings or breaded and fried chicken. Castelvetrano olives pair well with most of them.

The knife is a modded Civivi Baklash. I'm not quite there yet with the lock-bar modification so it looks a little rough.

Hi. I've seen enough food pictures here. And I noticed that many people take pictures of a lot of meat. I understand that meat is an important food item for many people because it gives them animal fats and saturated proteins. However, I don't understand why no one pays attention to tofu. Tofu is almost central to my diet because after switching to a plant-based diet, tofu is the source of protein for me. A few years ago, I bought the best tofu press to make tofu from soybeans at home. And I like to choose the curing stages of tofu for different dishes. If you're wondering where I get my energy, you should know that I eat a balanced diet and lots of beans, tofu, nuts, and fruit. Also, I take vitamin B12.

Today's carry with fried chicken, sauced with Yellow Bird Ghost Pepper condiment and Finlandia butter; some Castelvetrano olives; and a little sour cream. The beverage is Warsteiner's new "Brewers Gold". It has a nice texture from being unfiltered but they dialed up the hops a little more than I like.
