Anyway...

Nice spot for my lunchbreak, noodles, roasted chestnuts (found on my way here) and some fresh gingerroot tea.
On the Firebox nano, wood processed with the Opinel 12 saw and the Roga scandi knife.

A few strikes with my flint and steel, then insert the glowing charcloth from the side ...
blow until the woodcurls in the middle ignite...

And... we have a flame, YAY!
Now the waiting begins... water is on...

Chestnuts roasting after my water came to a boil. Noodles and tea soaking.

... Good question Sir... My CQC7 with the Emisar D4 are right behind the salt shaker, top left on the picture.
It was too embarrassing to include all the junk on the table but since we live basically without the grand daughter at home,
I have knives (and guns) and flashlights all over the place. Often I don't include them in the pictures,
I don't want normal people here to think of me as some whack job...

BTW - great pictures ! I'm sure you enjoyed the experience a lot, I know I would...

Oh boy... Do I love everything Asian... Few months back, good friend of mine came back from a business trip to Bahamas and brought several pounds of Mahi, Tuna and Wahoo...
He dropped some for us, I made sushi and texted him this as an invitation to swing over... It was a great fish, flash frozen on the yacht two days ago...
Crappy picture but I'm sure you got the idea.
