We go thtough a lot of tomato & basil, the wifes favourite. Don't forget tomato & basil pasta sauce
I did try & grow basil last summer, possums ate the lot

Oh yes! We don't forget the pasta sauce! We grow our tomatoes and herbs on our second floor patio in planters. If it was in our yard it wouldn't last a minute. Deer, racoon, and numerous other garden eating creatures would have a field day.

I tried smoking a beef chuck roast on my pellet smoker. Turned out great.
