Smoked provolone & veg on toast, kalamata olives, dragon fruit/guava juice for late dinner. Spydie Opus on the left, BK15 holding the right flank.
Celery, like radish slices, provides some munchy-crunchy texture plus it's own distinctive flavor to the mix. It's sort of like adding cucumber slices. Chopped peanuts or other nuts maybe?I never thought of involving celery with toast or a sandwich but I'm all about smoked cheese, peppers, and olives.

Buck 501 ‘The Larrin’. Bear head 501 with a clip point and Magnacut. Stealth run of 750, I believe. Came with a cool clip slip as well.What pocket knife is that?
