Now I will have to go to Bruno's Restaurant and get me a Jager Schnitzel with all the fixings. Luckily I just got a Jagernicker from Frank Trzaska, with a larger than normal 5 1/2 inch blade to cut it up with. John

Roast beef steak with sautéed brown champignons. A Spanish red from Aldi ( ) that is surprisingly robust for the price. Bad photo framing due to the butter starting to slide off the steak (can't have that).
