Opinel #13. I planed the flats on the handles makes it more manageable and doesn’t roll.

Spyderco Stretch and a spicy Navajo taco with just the right amount of green chile & carne adovada induced heat. Hot enough to clear your sinuses & make your nose run, but stop short of breaking a sweat. It's a fine line, amigos, but the cook nailed it. The portion was *generous* too. That's a 12-inch serving platter cradling all that goodness.
