Full disclosure, I didn't build the blade. But it was fun putting some elk scales on it and it does its job very well. This is my daughter giving it a whirl:

I use few fixtures outside the kitchen

It's a Marc George knife, the handle is made of micarta and I can't remember the steel of the blade. I'd have to look it up...

Put my David Mary Custom “Beer Belly” to work yesterday…prepped potatoes for the grill, then sliced and assembled a nice Caprese Salad.

Thanks. Looks like a good kitchen knife, do you use it for cooking much?

It's not my favorite, but it's a great choice for dirty jobs, as micarta is much more resistant than wood.
And it's one of those I let my daughter and my partner use...
