That's pretty amazing! I wish I was so disciplined! At 22, I went into a depression and ballooned to 280 pounds on a 5'8 frame.I do intermittently fast.
Kind of a loose interpretation most of the time depending on my weight.
I stay within 2lb of my ideal weight so when I'm over I do a 24 hour or a 48 hour consuming up to 1000 calories of lean protein/veg per day along with my regular lift/cardio routine then back to my usual diet after which is a cup of yogurt with fruit in the morning and a meal like I posted above mid-afternoon and a small protein snack at night, cheese or pistachios usually, love pistachios!
I like good food (as you all have noticed) but I like to stay in shape as well so my system works for me, and I've been doing this for years.
