I eat once a day so most look a lot like that.:)
You intermittently fast? Do you feel better this way? I've always been curious. Some science suggest you can't reprogram metabolism that it's all in the DNA, that you are given and some science says just the opposite!

I do intermittently fast.
Kind of a loose interpretation most of the time depending on my weight.
I stay within 2lb of my ideal weight so when I'm over I do a 24 hour or a 48 hour consuming up to 1000 calories of lean protein/veg per day along with my regular lift/cardio routine then back to my usual diet after which is a cup of yogurt with fruit in the morning and a meal like I posted above mid-afternoon and a small protein snack at night, cheese or pistachios usually, love pistachios!:)
I like good food (as you all have noticed;)) but I like to stay in shape as well so my system works for me, and I've been doing this for years.

That's pretty amazing! I wish I was so disciplined! At 22, I went into a depression and ballooned to 280 pounds on a 5'8 frame.

In the last 10 years I've fluctuated from 220 and 240 pounds. Two years ago I decided to just cut the crap and I'm at 185 pounds. I need to do a bit more to get drop the last 15 to 20 pounds. I've been exploring all kinds of stuff. Mono swears by gut flora and drinks kombucha which I've been doing more of. Need to ramp my exercise though.

I've tried intermittent fasting, I used to be really good at it at my last job. This job we get food catered all the time and beer flows weekly so it's hard to say no to Burritos and beer haha.
