It’s a close race, but if it came down to a pork chop or a CRK I’m gonna go with the knife. Now if it was a ribeye there’d be some options being weighed

A beautiful realization of Stéphane Thomachot on a base of supply of roquefort in 12C27.
Forced notch, blade 9.5 cm total length 20.7 cm, weight 95 gr,
brass plates, g10 spacer, carbon bolster "snakeskin gold", stabilized chestnut burr pads.
Padded rivets and pin stop.

For example a classic Roquefort knife.
