You know that feeling when you haven’t eaten the right kind of food and maybe a little too little of it - and you start to feel tired and cranky and hungry all the time even if you steadily eat?
Well, I had that and decided to make couple of basic burgers yesterday. Instead of using basic buns, I used some minced meat pies.
Little after the food I felt amazing clarity and bliss.
Obviously it’s not healthy, but sometimes you just have to bomb your body.

This is my favorite fried chicken dish out of any culture! I like this more than Popeye's and I LOVE Popeyes! It's a Taiwanese fried chicken leg on rice. It comes with a tea egg which is what you saw, a 5 spice pork gravy for the rice, napa cabbage and pickled mustard greens. If you get down to NYC ever there is a spot called May Wah, they make the best version in the tristate. This version is near my house and not bad for $8!
