I could see me doing something like that. A special folder exclusively for food prep and dining. A serrated Endura with the clip removed would be perfect.

I picked up this knife from DoubleStar isle in the last year's SHOT. Beautiful D2 blade and very nice ergos.
The pivot's nut is a nice touch - looks like their emblem. They had it for much cheaper that it's listed on their website, also I'm not sure if they are the actual manufacturer, but it's a very nice knife for the money.

Ready for some chili and chili fries with friends.
