I've had too many bad experiences to try disassembling anything other than a Sebenza anymore.
Practice makes perfect, get a good set of torx drivers and get back after it.

I could see me doing something like that. A special folder exclusively for food prep and dining. A serrated Endura with the clip removed would be perfect.I use a folder exclusively for a steak knife.
