I could see me doing something like that. A special folder exclusively for food prep and dining. A serrated Endura with the clip removed would be perfect.I use a folder exclusively for a steak knife.
Opinel 10 works really well.

I picked up this knife from DoubleStar isle in the last year's SHOT. Beautiful D2 blade and very nice ergos.
The pivot's nut is a nice touch - looks like their emblem. They had it for much cheaper that it's listed on their website, also I'm not sure if they are the actual manufacturer, but it's a very nice knife for the money.
Ready for some chili and chili fries with friends.

Hurricane party at home with few friend's families we sheltered, the eye of the storm actually passed 5 mi away from home...
I absolutely love Florida.
Rock and Roll Sushi in LV, one of the best places for sushi there.
