Food prep EDC blades.

They ended up having to perform a c section but everything still went great!
Mother and child are both doing fine just hungry on both ends.
Mommy can't eat until the morning do it's ice chips all the way tonight.

Here's the little troublemaker in all her glory,
Baby Madelyn

Btw I'm sure the knife they used to perform the ooeration was uber sharp.
My wife says she felt the incision and even watched them slice her through the reflectors on the lamp.
Definitely a trooper and deserving of much needed time resting.
I'll be around occupying my free time without the baby for the next few days at the hospital so keep the great posts coming.

Awwwww, what a cutie patootie!!!

From the bottom of my heart: congrats man!

Enjoy! Soak it up! They're only little once, and it goes by in the blink of an eye.

I'm glad your wife pulled through ok! You should all be just fine. When you all get to go home you will feel blessed beyond words!

You'll be making your own baby food in no time. First day home, make mama exactly what she wants.... She'll be hungry, trust me. And post pics!

Congrats on the safe arrival of your new child! I'm one of those people who tend to think all newborns look like aliens. They really are though. I mean they were breathing water just a few seconds ago. But that is a healthy looking beautiful baby - enjoy!

I think we have a winner. Knives + bacon...no contest! A close second for me would be pulled pork. I have just the tool for that too.

Though not technically a knife (neither is a hatchet though right?), these are light enough for EDC. These bad boys make me feel like Wolverine when I hold them and cross my arms in front of my chest. And Wolverine DOES have knives, so...

Whatever. These work for moving large hunks of hot meat off the grill. And they make pulled pork quick and efficient, turning this...

...into this...

OK. I'm hungry now.

Another vote for the Resilience, the blade is plenty large for most tasks, it can get razor sharp and if it gets corroded (like when my girlfriend put mine in the dishwasher...) the price isn't going to make most people too upset.

I had tried carrying my Resilience clipless in my back pocket for awhile, I found it was just too big and got tired of the handle introducing itself to my sphincter.

^^^nice work, and nice 17. I prefer it to the 16 just because I'm a clip point junkie.

Nice, this one-time deli man is very impressed. And great stockman--I just read your other thread about it; cool story behind the knife.

Thanks--the whole thing is in pieces now... Cooking soon. And totally agree in terms of blade shape; clip point is my favorite too.
