Old Man Winter has returned after a long mild stretch. It's 12°F here right now and going down to -20 tonight.

Sitting in the sunroom at the moment and playing with this new arrival...

Upstate NY... It's been mild here most of the winter. We got a surprise (to me at least) couple of inches of snow last night. It was 27° this morning, but with the wind, the "Feels Like" temp was 12° .

1 degree F now up from a high of -6 F yesterday. Suppose to get to 27 degrees F for the high today. Low 40s by the end of the week!

In the mid-PA mountains here. It's been in the teens most mornings, but getting up close to 40 in the daytime, so a lot of the snow is gone. Extended forecast looks like a short warmup to 50's for a high & 30's for the lows, coming next week. Ranger & Pioneer.
